Brand Culture
The fashion industry is driven by image more than anything. As an intern in the field of fashion public relations, I've come to understand and appreciate the importance of constantly enhancing and refining the brand's image. In the Entertainment Relations office, I have had the opportunity to witness the company's executives build the brand's image daily. This is done by associating Armani with certain celebrities that essentially serve as brand ambassadors for the fashion and lifestyle line. It's an exciting part of my job to see ideas that are brainstormed and mulled over in the office come to fruition on the red carpet, the runway, and the pages of fashion magazines. I have gained a greater appreciation and understanding for the time and effort it takes to ensure that the brand receives the proper type of coverage and recognition internationally.
